The efficacy of the TCV being proved by the prototype phase, proliferation should be rapid.  Profits will be reinvested to continue building, and if the project is met with further success, this growth will become exponential.    As the TCV movement gains traction, it will address issues such as food, energy, and housing insecurity, local environmental concerns, and educational needs in the community.  Once the basic needs of an area are well on their way to being met, the project will begin to focus on developing new technologies and paths necessary to growth in the future.  If the proliferation stage of the project is successful it will serve as a proven model for others to adopt and build on, as well as a resource for those ready to build.
